Since 2013 I have devoted my time as a YouTube influencer on the channels Fresh Out and Big Herc916 helping others with real life situations.  I answer questions from my fans in a weekly live chat with Big Herc916 on YouTube and try to respond to as many messages as I can from bigherc916.com.  I address topics ranging from growing up, spirituality, family, dating and life decisions.  I also post several videos a week on more in-depth topics that have derived from viewer emails or other social media posts.  I have touched the lives of people from around the world with positivity and motivation with hope that they can make better choices in the life than I did.  

This has led me to become a life coach and mentor to many young adults creating the never settle for average movement.
